  • In concert with its values, its focus on midmarket clients, non-profit, and public sector organizations where the need is strongest.
  • Midmarket clients are private businesses large enough to have staffed IT personnel, typically with a CIO or Director of IT. They can’t fully staff their cybersecurity functions. The clients operate across all market sectors, but often skew to knowledge and professional services. The sweet spot is 300-1,000 employees. Many clients must deal with complex cybersecurity and privacy regulations for compliance or to win business.
  • Public Sector organizations work with Valencia in the domains of audit, assessment, and cybersecurity VCSO services. Its ideal public sector clients are crown corporations, smaller federal and provincial entities, and medium-sized cities.
  • Non-profit organizations employ Valencia as their VCSO, assessment and strategy work. Ideal clients are 100-500 employees that need to protect sensitive information and are often in health care or public service administration.
