QEA Tech conducts detailed building envelope energy audits using AI, drones, and thermography. Its AI-backed proprietary software pinpoints issues, quantifies energy loss, and recommends targeted retrofits that maximize energy savings and ROI. Upwards of 40% of heating and cooling could be leaked through the envelope. QEA Tech provides a fast, cost-effective, and non-intrusive approach for unparalleled analysis of the building envelope. As a result, real estate owners and operators can make data driven decisions to maintain and optimize their building envelopes.
Mission Objectives
QEA Tech is raising a Series A round and aims to connect with investors in the prop tech, climate tech, and AI sectors. In addition, QEA Tech aims to partner with real estate owners and operators, facilities management firms, building engineering firms, and drone operators to expand our services.
