iNAGO provides an intelligent assistant software platform to allow companies, such as automakers, to deliver their own branded AI conversational assistant specifically for their product. Key applications include:

Knowledge Assistant

  • Allows automotive manufacturers to turn product information, like owner’s manuals, into knowledge, enabling an intelligent conversational assistant that provides information and control to their vehicle.

Infotainment Services

  • Out-of-the-box applications that can be used to deliver common services such as restaurant search, POI search, weather, events and more.
  • Automotive OEM and mobility providers can easily integrate these preset services into their custom assistant solutions.

POI Recommendation
Developed with AISIN Japan, this application allows a netpeople assistant to provide POI recommendations to users based on their preferences to deliver a personalized experience in the car. iNAGO is working with AISIN to provide this service as a means of monetizing mobility and travel.

iNAGO provides a software platform called netpeople that allows OEMs to build the knowledge and intelligence of their product right into their product and deliver it through a conversational interface. iNAGO can produce ten times more knowledge at a tenth of the time of competitive approaches. No programming or NLP expertise is required. iNAGO uses best-in-class technologies and tools. Netpeople has already been deployed, helping Japanese companies to deliver next-generation solutions since 2000, from their R&D to the creation of next-generation products, from the 2020 Olympics to PCs.

Objectives
iNAGO’s primary goal at JSAE Yokohama 2023 is to develop new business partners in Japan.
