QEA Tech’s building energy audits and proprietary software identify the defects in the building envelope and quantify the total energy loss taking place through different building elements. Our software provides the costs of not addressing defects, so decision makers can prioritize repairs. The clients are provided with access to a cloud-based portal that has the 3D model of the building. They can interact with the model and gain insights about the performance of each nook and corner of the building. The 3D model is measurable and has various use cases including quantification surveys and take-offs.
