Medicenna Therapeutics is a clinical-stage immunotherapy company engineering next-generation cytokine therapies for cancer and immune-mediated diseases. Its pipeline includes Bizaxofusp, a Phase 3-ready therapy for recurrent glioblastoma which doubled median survival in Phase 2b; MDNA11, a long-acting IL-2 Superkine in two Phase 1/2 clinical trials; and MDNA113, a tumor-targeted PD-1 x IL-2 program which the Company anticipates advancing into a Phase 1 trial in 2027.
