Kam Wire EDM is an ISO 9001/17025 certified custom machine shop specializing in producing accurate components used in automation, tool and die, rotary transfer and production lines. The company’s customers rely on its support for time critical rush repairs. Kam’s scanning ability allows it to make accurate replacement parts when cad data is not available. Kam provides components made to customer specifications including heat treating, special materials and coatings. Its team of engineers, tool and die makers, and machinists offer decades of experience that are a valuable resource to customers. Kam’s ISO 17025 certified quality lab ensures quality products are delivered to customers, with full reports when required. Recent projects include design and building medical trimming dies using 0.01mm cutting clearance, robot hand stands for automotive tier 1 suppliers, making spare die components for appliance tier 1 suppliers and OEM car manufacturers, and producing tight tolerance automation components.
