Since 1981, Huys Industries has been manufacturing welding consumables and equipment for small and large automotive, fabricating and aerospace companies around the world. Huys’ most recent successes are its advances in automation and control methodology, which incorporate a patent-pending use of Hall-effect sensors in force control. These breakthroughs have come from Huys’ world leadership in the design, manufacture and use of electric spark deposition (ESD) equipment for metallic and cermetic coatings, surface modification and repair.
