The NRT-Opal platform enables self-service customer transactions in real-time. This includes kiosks accepting cash and card payments for bill payments, prepaid account top-up, eSIM distribution, SIM card vending, and transit pass vending. Opal kiosk solutions are supported by a web-based kiosk monitoring system providing a real-time window into kiosk transactions, reports, and provides alerts when service is needed.
