Mediphage has developed a proprietary and scalable E. coli-based manufacturing process for the production of ministring DNA (msDNA), a linear covalently closed (LCC), high-fidelity double-stranded DNA minivector. msDNA lends itself to various applications, including starting materials for the production of viral vectors like rAAVs and lentivirus, mRNA, gene therapy, and gene editing.
